If you are thinking of selling your home, property staging and home styling can add thousands to your sale price. ‘Eye appeal is buy appeal’ and it is never more true than when someone is purchasing a property to call home.

Even if you just need some help to finish areas of the home you may have started but not yet found the time to finish, Mills & Co. provides a styling service to meet your individual needs and budget.

We offer 3 packages to suit your needs:

1. Self-Styling:-

We guide you in the selection and placement of your own furniture and décor to style your property.

2. Partial Styling:-

We use some of your own furniture and décor and recommend additional pieces to add style and cohesion to your property.

3. Complete Styling:-

We select furniture and décor within an allocated budget that will compliment your home and maximise potential for each room. We stage everything so that there is no guesswork, you can simply enjoy your new living spaces and eliminate any stress before an open home. (if for sale – we use our preferred hire company)

Projects

New Build - mood board.

Working with a mood board created specifically for the space, we used the owners orignal farm house table and added all white, miss-matched chairs to create a point of difference. A large print and floor to ceiling sheer curtains, brings the space inward to create a cosy, lightfulled space.

Of course - you cannot have a dining room without a bar cart and by using greenery alongside this, brings the outside in.

A simple low centrepiece on the table allows for convesation when dining.

Organise & Design.

Our lovely client at Forest Lake wanted to update her Granddaughters bedroom. Working with our online designer and making sure we stayed within her budget, we created a mood board and floorplan to suit her style. Using furniture and decor she already had and with direction from her designer, she was able to transform the space into a simplistic, cosy and inviting bedroom. She loves the look and feel of her new room but most importantly, so does her granddaughter.

Partial Styling Package.

By organising and decluttering, we were able to create an open, airy and inviting living space making it market ready.

Some of the furniture and decor was removed from the small townhouse and with the addition of on trend rugs and decor, this property sold in under a week

New Build

This new home is the talk of the suburb. Working with the owners and consulting their builder (GJ Gardner Homes), we were able to put a much different spin on a standard front facade.

With a bit of imagination and using different materials we were able to create an enviable hamptons style property.
